Welcome to Hwareng, a clothing brand offering casual apparel inspired by the passion and discipline of Taekwondo.
By purchasing from or accessing our store (the “Site”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Company Information

Hwareng is owned and operated by an independent sole proprietor.
Business operations are managed from Europe (Latvia) and the United States (North Carolina and Texas).

2. Products

All products are made-to-order. Each item is printed or embroidered after your purchase, ensuring unique craftsmanship and minimizing waste.
Due to this process, slight variations in color or placement may occur, which are not considered defects.

3. Orders and Payments

We accept the following payment methods:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and USDC (cryptocurrency).

All transactions are processed securely. Prices are displayed in USD for U.S. customers and in EUR for European customers.

4. Shipping

Orders are fulfilled and shipped from the following locations:

  • Europe: Lidostas Park, Riga, Latvia

  • United States: Westlake, Charlotte, NC and Dallas, TX

Estimated delivery time: 4 to 12 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that delays caused by customs, carriers, or external factors are beyond our control.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Because every product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size or change of mind.

We only replace items that arrive defective or damaged.

If you receive a defective product:

  1. Email us at [insert your support email] within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include clear photos showing the defect.

  3. Once verified, we will ship a replacement of the same item at no additional cost.

Refunds are not offered unless a replacement cannot be provided.

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins (typically within a few hours of placing the order). Once production starts, the order cannot be cancelled.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, images, and written content on the Site are the intellectual property of Hwareng.
They may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hwareng shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the United States, as applicable depending on the customer’s region of purchase.
